Responsible for operation of a nonprofit, economic development corporation attracting potential new companies to Morrison County, a rural county in central Minnesota.  Responsible for administering a $120,000 annual budget and four revolving loan fund portfolios totaling $2 million.

As well as being the legislative liaison with the Minnesota Legislature.  Organized the Minnesota Trade Office focus on agri-processing.  Developed a protocol system for the Minnesota Trade Office.  Developed and administered Minnesota Trade Office contracts with their foreign offices.
