Pierz Honor Society collects $1,300 for holiday toy drive

The Pierz Minnesota Honor Society collected a little over $1,300.00 from community and school donations that were used to purchase toys and gifts for the local toy drive.  The gifts were purchased at the Little Falls Walmart and distributed on December 14th at Pioneer Elementary School. The Pierz MHS would like to THANK all the businesses who allowed them to have a collection bucket in their place of business for a few weeks. We appreciate your continued support and generosity! A special thank you to all the students and staff at Pierz High School that gave a monetary donation.  Your donation was much appreciated.  The winning class, Ms. Jayne's Pioneer Time raised just over $240.00.  They celebrated on Wednesday, December 13th with a class pizza party!
